The People Behind CenterSet

Tristam leads CenterSet’s strategy and product direction, driving the company from concept toward commercial launch. He founded CenterSet in 2026 after a decade building and leading DeltaTek Global through to its 2023 acquisition by Expro.

Gregor leads the mechanical design of CenterSet’s centralizer technology, from concept through prototype and testing. He previously worked as a design engineer at DeltaTek Global and holds a degree from the University of Aberdeen.

Steve sets CenterSet’s technical strategy and quality systems, building the business on API Q1 foundations from day one. He has worked in oil and gas cementing since 1980, including as Chairman and CTO of DeltaTek Global.

Martin advises on engineering and quality strategy, helping CenterSet scale with ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 compliance built in from the outset. He brings three decades of experience building engineering businesses.

Ellé supports CenterSet’s growth through market insight, digital initiatives, and business automation. She is currently completing her final year of International Business Management at Heriot-Watt University.
